At Soulmate Tarot, we strive to provide high-quality products and services. Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order, as it explains your rights and our policies regarding physical products, digital products, and personalized spiritual services.


1. Physical Products

Our physical products include, but are not limited to:

  • Crystal bead bracelets

  • Spiritual items

  • Tarot decks

  • Oracle decks

Damaged or Defective Products

If your physical product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your request, please email us at support@soulmatetarot.co with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the damaged product

  • Clear photographs of the packaging

  • A brief explanation of the issue

After reviewing your request, we may offer an appropriate resolution, such as:

  • Replacement of the product

  • Store credit

  • Refund (where applicable)

The resolution will depend on the nature of the issue.


Products That Cannot Be Returned

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used.

  • The product has been intentionally damaged.

  • The product is returned without original packaging (where applicable).

  • The request is made after 7 days from the delivery date.

  • The damage resulted from improper handling after delivery.


2. Personalized Tarot Readings

All Tarot readings are personalized specifically for the customer.

Because work begins once an order is received:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled.

  • Refunds are not available.

  • Exchanges are not available.

Once an order has been placed, it is considered final.


3. Numerology Services

Numerology services are prepared specifically for each customer using the information provided during purchase.

For this reason:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled.

  • Refunds are not provided.

  • Exchanges are not available.


4. Digital Products

Digital products include:

  • E-books

  • Downloadable guides

  • Digital resources

  • Any downloadable content

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned:

  • All digital product sales are final.

  • Refunds are not available.

  • Cancellations are not permitted after purchase.

  • Exchanges are not offered.


5. Order Cancellations

Physical Products

Orders for physical products may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Digital Products & Personalized Services

Orders for:

  • Tarot readings

  • Numerology services

  • E-books

  • Downloadable products

cannot be cancelled once payment has been successfully completed.


6. Incorrect Information Provided by Customers

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Date of birth

  • Birth time (if required)

  • Birth place (if required)

  • Shipping address

Soulmate Tarot cannot be held responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect information submitted during checkout.


7. Delivery of Digital Services

Tarot readings, Numerology services, and digital products are delivered via the email address provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their email address is entered correctly.

Please also check your Spam or Junk folder if you do not receive your order within the communicated timeframe.


8. Force Majeure

Soulmate Tarot shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Technical failures

  • Internet outages

  • Courier delays

  • Public holidays
